These charges:

  • Are the customer’s responsibility
  • Are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated

Refusal to pay required customs charges may result in your order being returned or disposed of without a refund. Relivva does not reimburse customs or import fees.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders are prepared quickly to ensure fast delivery.

You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting us at support@relivva.com with your order number.

Once an order has entered processing or shipping, cancellations may no longer be possible.

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your order appears lost, please contact us and we’ll assist you in investigating with the carrier.
