100-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days from the date you receive your item to request a return — even if you’ve tried it.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition
  • All original parts and packaging must be included

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are incomplete, excessively worn, damaged, or returned outside the eligible period.

REPORTING ISSUES (14-DAY NOTICE)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Once your return request is approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect, defective, or damaged item)
  • Once you request a return, we’ll email you the return shipping cost for approval
  • After approval, you’ll receive a link to begin the return process
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund once the item is received

Please note: Customs or carrier delays are beyond our control and are not considered valid reasons for a return.

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days, minus the agreed return shipping cost
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

EXCHANGES

If you’d like to exchange your product for a different variant, please contact us at support@relivva.com.

Once approved:

  • We’ll send an invoice for return shipping and any price difference (if applicable)
  • After payment, you’ll receive a return link — be sure to select “Exchange”
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue store credit so you can place a new order

RETURN DENIAL

Relivva reserves the right to refuse returns that:

  • Do not meet the eligibility requirements
  • Are requested outside the 100-day return window
  • Are sent to an address not provided through our return process

ORDER MODIFICATION / CANCELLATION

Orders are processed quickly, sometimes within hours. Because of this, we cannot always guarantee changes or cancellations.

If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help if your order has not yet shipped.
